Modern and Efficient

New and efficient terminal with 50 storage tanks (184,000 cubic meters) of total capacity, and an independent loading and unloading system.

Three tanks out of fifty have a storage capacity of 900 cubic meters each, and are made of stainless steel AISI 316-L. Another 7 tanks are inner coated and operate with a stainless steel operational system. Ten other tanks are equipped with an internal heat system, and all remaining tanks are made of carbon stainless steel.

Agility

There are 8 ducts connecting terminal 1 to the pier delivering an outflow average of 200 cubic meters/hour up to 600 cubic meters/hour per duct, depending on product viscosity and vessel operational capacity.

Safety

Ultrasound sensors inside the tanks conveniently indicate bulk level. There are also several multipoint sensors for pressure control and water level control. The system is able to provide complete information on volume, outflow, and average temperature, product density, and also water contamination.

Facilities:

14 truck offloading bays with 7 different products;
8 truck Loading platforms for up to 20 different products;
Railroad detour yard for offloading 42 wagons with 5 different products;
56 hydrants and a complete fire control system, including a ready fire brigade;
2 electronic 60tons weighbridge;
Vapor Generator Boiler used for heating products, and for the cleansing of tanks and ducts;
Complete spare parts warehouse, practical mechanics shop, office premises;
Liquid Nitrogen reserved area for inertial procedures;
Waste water treatment station with 2 stages: physicochemical and biological;
